Refund policy

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! We offer free returns within 15 days of purchase. You can return your product for a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

(1) Private label items (products print with your own business branded) are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

(2) Returned items must be returned in original product packaging.

(3) Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.

(1) What’s the expiry date can i submit a refund or return?
Answer: Damage, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 2 days of delivery.(Note: if such items are not reported in a timely fashion, we will not issue refund) 

(2) How long it takes to receive your refund, or replacement product?
Answer: we will confirm everything and contact with you as soon as we receive the package from you, to deal good with the replace products or refund.

(3) Any return fees the customer will need to pay? 
Answer: Customers will only be charged once at most for shipping costs (this includes returns); no extra fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of the product.
